Surely when one calls a Head Office you expect your call to be directed to the right department or to the right individual, well I was put on hold and no one came back to me and the call was disconnected, to be honest with all the failed attemps of getting through to someone from the head office Im asking myself if I will ever get the answer Im looking for.
