AFTER 30 YEARS OF BEING A CONSISTENT ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH AN IMPECCABLE PAYMENT RECORD, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO HAVE MY NAME CHANGED TO MY NEW MARRIED NAME. I HAVE SPENT ONE HOUR AT AN EDGRS STORE, AND MADE MANY PHONE CALLS THE HEAD OFF ICE CALL CENTRE WITH NO ASSISTANCE. HEAD OFFICE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME REFUSING TO ASSIST BECAUSE I DO NOT STILL HAVE MY 30 YEAR OLD PASSPORT I HAD USED TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT WITH! EDGARS OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CONSIDER GOOD CUSTOMERS WITH EXCELLENT CREDIT RECORDS IMPORTANT. I HAVE REQUESTED MY ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED AND WILL MOVE TO ANOTHER STORE WHO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH EDGARS STAFF ATTITUDES.
