On the 13th of September 2 frying pans were handed in for repairs on the handles. I was told that it would be done the same day, in the store. When getting there the salesman explained that the pans needed to be sent in to their head office for the repairs, but it wouldn't take more than a couple of days. A week went by without any response from them. I continued to call the shop in Kolonnade, but he was never available. The few times I got the chance to speak with him, he never got back to me with an answer. Today I contacted the head office myself, yet again 5 calls later and no answer on when I can expect my items. We are now going for week 3 of a quick 15minute repair.
It is completely unacceptable that a client has to struggle for 2 weeks without any clear answer. Call after call, email after email. Nothing.
