Our company is in the Mount Edgecombe area, so the closest KFC branches to us are Mount Edgecombe, and Whitehouse, Phoenix. We always place big orders at a time, when ordering lunch.
On 3 separate occasions with both these branches, they have always left something out when staff are packing! Sometimes a person's entire meal altogether! This causes one of us having to drive back to pick up what they forgot to pack!! I have called both these branches, complaining each time to the respective managers, and on the last occasion, the manager at the Whitehouse branch was not interested, as we were insisting that this time it gets delivered to us! We were not prepared to drive back for it.
I have also called the KFC Careline to complain, and was told by the lady that I will receive a sms with a reference number to follow up when I drop the call, but this did not happen. My conclusion is that KFC just does'nt care about their overall service delivery!! Must customers insist that their order gets packed in front of them, since KFC are busy, and dont do deliveries??? I'm not expecting any feedback, but just to make people aware, as they may be robbed unknowingly.
