Returned damaged flysheet and tent pole to the Greenacres branch where it was purchased hoping that in good faith that it would be fixed or replaced. Only to receive an email from a Mr Brando Hendricks stating, Please be informed that the product has failed due to extended use, accident, improper care or negligence. Customer flysheet is beyond economical repairs and can offer a new one of R200.
Since i only Paid R400 for the tent i think is laughable.
Also the reason i bought the K-Way brand tent is for the name which now means nothing i expected quality from such a brand.
Also this isn't the first time I'm having a problem, when i bought the tent originally it was incorrectly supplied with the wrong tent poles. Which they gave me once i returned and queried what was going on.
