After using our new Natural Instincts tent for the first time in December 2012, we were terribly dissapointed, since the tent was completely wet when it rained and with the slightest wind the poles broke. We returned it for repairs, which they did. Except for one weekend, we did not use the tent again until December 2013. The entire upper layer was still completely wet on the bottom every time it rained, which then leaked through the gaze windows. Apart from that, three tent poles also broke as soon as a breeze came up, which also tore our tent. We had to spend at least two afternoons during the holiday trying to fix the tent. The last night we were unable to even use the tent. I am very dissappointed with the poor quality of this product, as we cannot use it as a tent or shelter for which it is made. Our previous, similar tent lasted for 10 years and various extreme storms - we were never wet and only one pole broke during the 10 years. I sent two emails to Outdoor Warehouse (since I'm unable to take the tent back to a store at the moment), and after more than a month still received no reply. You cannot expect people to pay for unusable products and then ignore it.
