Tent lost while sent for repairs

I bought a tent package for R20000.00 from Royal Tent in 2008. On the 25th of May 2012 I sent the roof of the tent to the Royal Tent East London branch for repairs because it was torn. I was told it would be taken to the Durban branch and it will be back in six weeks. I still have not received the tent back (30th January 2013) eight months later. When I call the East London branch manager, he tells me the Durban guys can't find it. I took it upon myself to call the Durban Head Office and I spoke to a guy by the name of Siaad. He tells me there is no tent there maybe the guy who was a previous manager (Mohammed) in East London my tent. Siaad says I must report the matter to the police because he is not responsible for Mohammed's mess. I need to get my tent back, they should deal with Mohammed themselves as he was part of Royal Tent & Tarp CC. Please help me get my tent back, because I don't have money to buy a new tent and I was willing to pay for repairs. Their number is (031) 7001704 address: 49 Westmead Road, Pinetown. Nontando Mwanda
