I requested a paid up letter for which house and home have not sent through when my account was settled over a year ago.furthermore no report has been sent to itc for update and it is still sitting on my record as unpaid. I requested kotsiamang from the billing division to assist me with this letter to which she promised i would get by 12.at 12:30 i called back and had been informed she was on lunch, i again requested from seipadi and was told that she will ask her manager immediately to send it.i have been on the line for 20 minutes on hold while she is checking for this letter that was supposedly "sent".i managed to type this complain while on hold!!! fix your people and do it quick house and home... i expect feedback and an explanation... oh lovely she just put the phone down now, without a word
