Where we stand today bad service is so common that it is not even worth complaining about. But great service is so rare that when it comes your way you have to shout it out.
I would very much like to thank you for the excellent service that I received from your Six Fountains branch. I went into the store to purchase a new microwave. Having easily spotted them, I was standing waiting for a few moments. When TL Legodi, who was obviously busy with something else, walked past, stopped what she was doing and very excellently helped me with all the info and pricing that I needed. (Did I mention I almost fainted at the sight of a sales person stopping to actually help!!! That is rare)
So well done. Keep up the good work. I will be back with your excellent service and good prices.
