Unsolicited direct marketing

I complaint twice last year about unsolicited direct marketing from Homemark.
I phoned in to the call centre a few times and they "removed" me from their database.
I received text messages with new offers.
I complaint on twice and the lady dealing with the complaint was so sorry and so sincere... "this time we promise we'll remove you from our database" she said... She.
Again today I received an sms about qualifying for a knife set. If I wanted a knife set, I would go to the shop and buy myself a knife set.
Stop sending me texts, please.
I DONT want your stuff.
I'm NOT going to buy your stuff.
I DONT want to win your stuff.
I now think I have no alternative but to lodge a complaint with the NCC because of the frustration that I feel.
How impossible is HOMEMARK TO GET RID OF???
