I purchase a new bed (R4900.00) from the above mentioned store on the 30/04/2013 . On recieving the bed everything was fine up until 2 weeks ago when i heard a funny noice from the bed everytime i turned while laying on the bed. i called the store on the 27/05/13 to report this noice and was advised that someone from the store will come and inspect the bed. on the 30/05/2013 a lady by the name of Jerlidean did her inspection and advised me that there is a problem but i should return to the store to choose a new bed or get the same bed exchanged . on visting the store today i was advised by Jerildean that i would need to pay a further R3400.00 for a new bed R990.00 to replace the plastic cover of the existing bed . on hearing this i immediately request for a full refund and for the store to fetch their bed in which i was told they dont fetch beds i must bring the bed back to the store myself and pay the R990.00 for the plastic cover then only will i recieve my refund! This is beyond bad service the store did not give me the bed for free nor did i pay R100 for this bed . the store was friendly and nice when it came to selling me the bed now they treating me like dirt!
