I ordered from Homechoice on the 22nd May, a demand deposit went off my bank account on 23rd May. On 29th May, I received "a friendly reminder sms" to make a payment" I contacted Homechoice on 30th May, and explained to a lady by the name of Merlie that the payment had been made. I had to fax through my proof of payment to her. On 1st June I received another sms from Homechoice, stating "unfortunately we did not get your R322, 92 payment". Please can my payment be acknowledged, and my order sent... Otherwise I would like a refund.
