Bad attitude at Edgars ladysmith

I would like to lay complaint with the service my mother has received from the ladies working at Edgars Ladysmith. The ladies at Edgars ladysmith have a bad attitude and "work" like they are in a go slow and dont want to work. It makes shopping there unpleasant. It would be appreciated if someone spoke to them as staff. We as customers deserve good service. Thank
