I am an avid internet shopper and recently purchased goods on [URL Removed]
On my first purchase, it said that I had a problem with my credit card, then I made a 2nd purchase with another credit card. However both payments were authorised and both my credit cards debited. A lady from Diligo picked this up, called my husband and had the whole thing sorted out without me even knowing (i would have only found out once i checked my statement).
This is exceptional service and pro active from their side and I am very impressed with the service, nevermind the stunning clothes that I get:-)
