I am Stella Van Der Berg and i was looking for quotes from tent manufacturers for my brother-in-law Johannes Van Der Berg. After going back and forth to various companies i came across Bargain Tents, i sent an online quote request and received a call from Muzayfa Amed to confirm what i am looking for and she sent me a quote the very same day. Later muzayfa called me to confirm if I've received the quote and if i was happy, which i was! I then spoke to my brother-in-law and convinced him that this is the company to do business with and we noticed that they use much better quality material and they are very affordable! I called muzayfa back and she went the extra mile to assist me to make the transaction swift and efficient I must compliment Muzayfa as she was outstanding. We have all experienced bad service or service delivery at its worst, so when I do receive high caliber service, I will give credit where its due.
