You cost me my house

Dear Edgards,

I would like to inform you, that because of your incompetence you cost me my house. I am in the process of applying for home loan but got told by SA Home Loans, because my Edgars account has not been paid for 5 months (They see this via Trans Union) I can now only qualify for a 90% loan as opposed to the 95% I would have qualified for before they done the Credit Check.
I have the last 5 months' worth of Edgards Statement the balance funny enough is R0? Why is this? Oh I know, it's because I closed the account 5 months ago. But still you gave Trans Union the response my account is in arrears and not paid? You didn't think such a small thing can have such big impact on someone's life, I will never again buy or do anything related to Edgards or your sister companies.
Also, unfortunately sending me a letter stating my account is up to date doesn't change the fact that I now have to go and scratch around for an additional R70, 000.00 to buy a house.
