I purchased a handbag from the Zara store in sandton in October of 2012. In January one of the straps came off. I was not aware I had a limited period in which to bring it and only got a opportunity to go to the store on the 1st June 2013. The manager at the store told me that even though it does seem the strap came off due to poor craftsmanship they only cover warranty for 6 months. I wasn't seeking a refund, I just wanted my bag to be fixed and she told me they can't help with even the name of a reputable place to fix it. I own a Louis Vutton handbag and their policy no matter how old the bag is is to at least assist the customer. This manager at Zara even had the audacity to tell me that "nothing is for life". My receipt has no terms regarding the warranty policy and neither is there a sign in the store stating this. I hope you will be able to assist
