I was travelling internationally and decided to purchase a magazine @ Exclusive Books (@ OR Tambo Airport in the departures side once you go through customs) In my hurry to run for the flight I forgot to pick up the magazine after paying for it. I was on the aircraft when I realised this. I wrote this off as a done deal, however on my return to my home town in SA I phoned the branch on the off chance that there was something that they could do for me - not expecting anything to be done. Well was I surprised and most pleasantly so. Emily phoned me back having arranged for me to collect the same magazine at my nearest Exclusive Books.
I was absolutely bowled over at this level of service. I am in the service industry and do not come across this level of service very often. I have now told several people about the wow service I received. Well done Emily - You are tops in my books
