Following my previous complaint "angry". I was supposed to have been refunded almost two weeks ago, still waiting. Have e mails stating that a cash refund would be made, please give us banking detail, 20.05.2013, but still waiting!!!
Help please!!! Been going like this since Easter weekend, and I'm told to be understanding and patient.
