I am very disappointed in Checkers. I wanted to pay my bills but at first I had to stand an wait for half an hour and after waiting that long they say they could not help me because their is no easy pay no. I receive my telephone and my municipality account online and I have printed it, there is a barcode an easy pay no on it and I paid this bills lots of times like this, before. I got the impression they just wanted to get rid of me, because the other lady was helping nobody. We the customers are the reason why they have a job, and if they don't know what the meaning of the word "customer service" is, it is your responsibility to teach it to them. My friends and everybody I know will hear about your bad service, we all stay nearby and I will make sure nobody I know will visit your store again.
