This is very disappointing cause SAB is making so much money out of Soweto with the tavern owners but they are not making their client be at easy and they fail to be transparent with their dealings. In January 2013 I always make payments for my mom on behalf of SAB and this time it was made outside at the ATM AT aBSA. The funny thing is i was assisted by a person working for the bank which means the transaction could not have been incorrect. My mom received a call advising her that she dint pay, she faxed the proof of payment still today the matter is not sorted. She will go from the contact centre to the credit department but no one seems to know what is going on with her account. The Rep has also promised numerous times that this will be sorted it is still not been sorted. I then made contact spoke to a team leader that promised to get back to me with a response even today it is still dot done, my mother keeps on being given different amounts every time she enquires on the balance. Now the worst thing is her delivery is being stopped because of people that are incompetent and lazy to do their work. Why fax the proofs then no one ver comes back to you with a response.
