I returned a birthday gift because it was a wrong size. The salesman Maxwell said the shoes was worn and he cannot sell it like this. he went to speak to the manager. when he came back from the manager he said i must go back home or to work and wipe the shoe and bring it back he will change it for me. In my view this is not acceptable.
Anyway i did as he ask. when i returned the did not even check the shoe they just gave me the correct size. My complaint. was it necessary for me to drive back to work waisting time and my diesel in high heels and then come back, for the shoe that my son only tried on and the didnt even go in.
I was humiliated infornt of customer and his collegues, it was like he is proving a point to his collegues maybe he has a superior position there and he wanted to prove a point to be at my expense.
Normally i dont this treatment from no-one, so I tried to call them on 0116155381 their line is continouly busy.
