I bought a RJ Casual boot on 24 May for work purposes and as I'm a full time student I work 2 shifts a week, I was off one weekend for my birthday, meaning I only wore the shoe like 6 times, but already the heal is loose and the sole is walked off so the shoe is of low quality. I went back to the branch and explained the above to the manager, she agreed and said that I should go look if they have the same size and exchange it, I asked if I can't take a different shoe as I know that one is of low quality, she said that's fine as long as it comes out to the same value, I looked at the other shoes, and there was nothing that I liked, there was the same size as my shoe on the selve, that was also broken... yet still new, I took that shoe and showed it to her, I said there is nothing that I like, she said she can give me a gift card and a said that I don't want a gift card I paid cash, I made her aware of what the CPA states she made me aware what the markham policy states. Its clear that your shoes is no longer of the quality it use to be so I would like money back, not a gift voucher as I paid cash. I still have the broken shoes. Please respond asap
