You have advertised a Cell C prepaid data bundle of 3GB for R300 yet you have no stock of this at your Canal Walk branch. I left my name and number with the cellular sales department there but have not had any feedback yet.
I then contacted Blue Route and they don't even have a cellular section.
When phoning the Tygervalley branch to check if they had stock, I was put on hold for 8 minutes then told there was no one to help me with my request.
I then contacted your Somerset Mall branch, they said it would take a week to transfer any stock from them to the local stores here.
I am really unsatisfied with this service, why advertise this deal if none of the local stores have stock of it?
