I would like to say that I was dissapointed by the very long queues due to not enough tellers on duty as well as the lack of air conditioning on bottom level at Woolworths. If you are subjecting your customers to long waits at least have air conditioning so your customers dont feel as though their going to faint whilst waiting to pay for purchases. When we asked the teller why the air conditioning isnt working he abruptly mentioned that there are only work upstairs.
