Terrible billing service on my account!!!

I decided to cancel the debit order payment option and opted to do direct transfers to pay off my credit with the store. I paid my due balance for the month of may on the 29th of May at 09:37am hoping to make purchases the following day, when I visited the Edgar's Northgate branch the following day the money was not yet available for use. To add salt to injury no one can explain to me when my account will be updated. I am soo annoyed.
