I bought a Sony Experia from Excellular at a nice discount. It soon stopped working (not charging) and I returned it (my cost) to them to be repaired under warranty. It took 11 phone calls and several emails before they finally collected the package from the Post Office. It then took several more phone calls during which they claimed it had been sent for repairs. It was returned to me after roughly 2 months (my cost) in exactly the broken state I had sent it to them.
