I have a credit card with FNB and from the onset FNB was meant to be debiting my account with the minimum balance due yet somehow it never happens. I am forced to do a direct transfers every month which are an inconvenience for me. I have spoken to the call centre, been into the bank directly and done the debit online. but yet still a YEAR later I still get my account suspended due to a fault on their part and further I must enquire bank charges, reinstatement charges and a bad credit name because they cannot run a simply debit order. Why offer a facility if you cannot provide it?
