Edgars takes my money then advises me to run around like an to get my money back, it was their error. They promise to call me back at a certain time and they dont. I have to call them. Now i must be inconvenience due to their incompetence. Its the principal of the matter. Edgars has no principals and ethics.
I made a purchase to the value of R600 AT Edgar's Red Square Northgate on the 26 January 2012. Due to system error you guys took R1200 off my bank account, I was paying with my bank card. As of now I am still waiting to be reimbursed. Your error has put me in a terrible financial situation and a terrible inconvenience. The store manager at Northgate Red Square Mirriam has been very helpful for which I am very grateful, however I am still in a bad predicament.
