In the beginning of November one off our high pressure machines (Karcher HD920) was send for repairs to the above company, The owner; Mack has not been very co-operative. everytime we phone he is not available or the machine is on its way. Yesterday round about 11h00 he told us that the machine is on its way from Pretoria. Needless to say that up to today at this time still no machine. We have contacted his office and the lady; Marie said that the driver has just left Pretoria. This machine is used at a carwash which is our income, without this machine we cannot operate properly and we are suffering from a loss of income.
