I purchased an industrial high pressure sprayer from Mapa SA in November 2011. Taking the order went very well and the machine was delivered a day after payment. I requested a shorter spray nozzle which was not delivered and I was charged for my first "free" service as I was using an incorrect nozzle (which I took off my previous Mapa machine). I complained via a mail about this to their head office but received no reply. Dave eventually returned in Nov 2012 after my complaint to their to deliver the shorter nozzle but in the mean time I have already informed him that the machine was faulty again. Mapa refused to repair it until I pay the original invoice. Dave collected the machine in Nov and since then I have been unable to get my machine back from Dave and have had no response from their head office up to today 06 Feb 2013.
