I would like to express my disappointment with the service & prices at Toys R us since it's under new ownership.
I have been shopping for nappies, formula's and all other baby needs for over 2 years now. I have never had a problem to exchange nappies for a bigger size when needed, now all of a sudden, because of "new owners", I have to provide a slip, but yet your sticker is on the sealed nappy pack.
When I ask why you have done exchanges in the past and not anymore, the only answer I get is: "because the new owners...".
Your nappy prices has gone up overnight, making Toys R us the most expensive place to buy nappies from, even with the Discovery discount. My babies formula overnight went up with R12 a tin. The sticker on the tin was priced R138 but scanned R150.
Unfortunately I will not be doing any shopping at Toys R us anymore for my children's needs, it seems the "new owners" are more interested in their pocket than their customers.
