I want to make a comment about Woolworths policy, I don't understand that you are able to pay your account with your id when you misplace your card and yet you are not allowed to purchase with your ID.

So that means it is fine for you to take my money without any questions ask but when I want to buy with my identity document its a song & dance. I know you put these policy in place to protect us when it comes to however the least you can do is offer a temporary card and ask the client relevant questions to issue the card because now it takes 8days to get a card & 6weeks to get in the the post.

I still have not made a card yet because I dont have time to stand in lines.
