I received 2 items as gifts. Both still have tags attached, obviously as gifts, I dont gave a receipt. The items are too big and all I wanted was to exchange tgem for a smaller size. The staff would not even deal with me decently, just thru their policy at me. I was not returning goods!!! Just more reason I will NEVER willingly shop at Truworths
