My name is Ailene. I am so angry at the attitude and response i received from Truworths at The Glen JHB. My daughter received a outfit as a gift from her aunt in another province. Finally we received the gift only to find that the size was too small. I went to the store to ask can we exchange the outfit for the same price to something available in store. I was advised that this cannot be done. I then asked her what do i do with this outfit as the jeans were R350 and the top was R290. She responded and said she don't care. What is that it is Truworths clothes and other retail stores I have never had a problem.
Please tell me what do i do with an such an expensive outfit that Truworths is not willing to exchange under the circumstances.
I have my Truworths account for 19 years and this was the worst service i have ever received and i dont want this outfit its useless to me.
