We purchased a lounge suite from Geen & Richards Montana in 2007 which has a life time guarantee. Now a few years later we noticed that the frame of the 3-seater couch has broken. In November 2012 we contacted head office, spoke to Marie Steyn, put my complaint in writing and e-mailed it to her. On 29 November she forwarded my e-mail to Preggie Naidoo who never responded and again I e-mailed them on 12 December because of no response, received a call and an e-mail promising that their senior lounge buyer contact me in January 2013 to collect the couch for repairs. 28 January 2013 we e-mailed Preggie again, because we still had no contact with this lounge buyer. Till now we still heared nothing. How long will it take for them to do something about the problem or should we take it further?
