I Mr GJL Van Staden, bought a Craft & Everest leather suit from Beares Randfontein in 2009, and about 3 months ago the leather torn. I went to Beares to try and resolve it, they said they cant do anything for me, so they logged a complaint at their head office. The day I bought the lounge suite the sales person told me I have 10 years warranty on the lounge, but now it doesnt seem to be in effect as they tell me they cant help me, and the lounge is still under warranty for 7 years.
What type of service rendering is this when Beares sells you a couch with a warranty of 10 years, and then informs you that whilst still in the warranty they cant help you, and regardless of that the couch breaks within 3 years.
Please contact me urgently to resolve this matte
