Ipping me off - refuse to pay

I would like to lodge a complaint against Edgar's for the poor service received. I Ruth Rugan ID No 6807260206083 am and have been an account holder for more than 12 years. On the 14 March 2013 Untied Frame footwear held a meeting with all (1000plus) their employees advising them of how bad the company was doing the last quarter and if the sales does not increase that they would have to retrench some employee (but not naming who or from which department they will be retrenching), I Ruth Rugan knowing that i have been with the company since 1986 knew that my position would be secured and carried on working as per normal, but unfortunately on the 1st on May 2013 to my disappointment i was issued with a letter of retrenchment (only 75 people were retrenched), i was furious and seeked answers from HR but unfortunately i has to accept and move on. I then visited Edgars knowing that i had an Account Protection Plan I knew that my balance on my account would be paid out and I wouldn't have to worry about paying the outstanding amount, but to my disappointment my account balance was only paid out to the date of the 14 of March 2013. pls help sort out this mess asap
