I went to the Shoprite Golden Acre, I got there at 10:30 and waited on the line to buy vetkoek. Got to the teller and he dropped my vetkoek and then proceeded to bag it as if nothing happened. I told him I dont want the vetkoek, its not clean. He then called a lady customer service person, who just said she will deduct the vetkoek from the slip and i must just pay for the rest of the stuff, while she goes to look for more vetkoek. she took a while and eventually came back and told me there is no more, when I could see the ladies making vetkoek and there was vetkoek, she just wasnt interested in getting the vetkoek. I then told the teller I dont want the fish because what will I do with fish without any form of bread. He then told me to go to the kiosk. I stood at the kiosk for another 10 mins before getting some form of help. There was no queue, but the lady at the kiosk was showing someone how to use a lighter. Eventually I spoke my frustration and then she asked me what I need, I told her a refund, she took the bag with my stuff and just put it aside. Another lady came and assisted. i walked out of Shoprite at 11:05, having received NO SERVICE. My slip no was S006373 R07
