No Response and Cheap Quality

I bought a black Nike tracktop for my husband on 30.03.2013 at Edgars in Hermanus while on holiday. After my husband only wearing it twice and being washed, it has now shrunk and the colour is faded, its no longer black but grey. The arm cuffs and bottom of the top is stretched like someone had pulled at it. He might as well sleep in the top or wear it when he works under a car. I cannot purchase expensive clothing at Edgars if its going to fade, shirnk and stretch all at the same time. I have black clothing that I purchased more than a year ago and its still as black as when I bought it. I sent a complaint to the head office early morning on 22.05.2013 and a reminder on 24.05.2013 (3 days later) and up until today I haven't received a response. Quick to send statements and sms reminders but NO RESPONSE when there is a complaint.
