Worst service and accounting

I have an account with foschini since 2002, and kept it mostly because of a credit record I needed and the odd emergency purchase which I then immediately pay off-I'm a good payer and have a squeaky clean record.
However last year I purchased something I'm paying off and decided to do so via eft.
OH MY, I got so many calls harassing me for payment! I tell these people I've paid and instead they treat me like some sort of criminal and ask me when Am I paying this months installment although its due next week.
The woman who called me (unfortunately i dont remember her name because I was so upset) was so rude! This is the second time it happens, the first time it happened, I even sent my proof of payment to customer services and told them I don't know where else to send it to and if they could let me know. Instead I get no response and in turn receive a threatening call for payment.
I emailed customer services about the second time also last week and I'm still waiting for feedback.
I want to close the account and had a problem with login online as I need to few a statement for a few months, I told them about this issue with the online system and its still getting fixed. They!!
