Hi ordered two dressers from the above mentioned company on 28/04/2013, the lady who helped me said it will take two weeks for me to receive the items. After two weeks no contact was made with me and I had to phone them, they couldn't tell me when I will be receiving my items. After another wee (week 3) I phoned again and the lady told me that the owner of the shop had another business that sells soap and that they are waiting for space on the soap truck for my goods. She went on to say that the owner didn't want to pay for a truck to bring all his orders to Polokwane so I will have to wait until there is space on the truck. I contacted head office they told me this was the third complaint about this and that my items were ready for collection. The franchise managers was supposed to contact me... I am still waiting
