I went to Checkers to purchase electricity. I stood at the money market till without assistance for a good 5 minutes. When the teller eventually came to assist me, she didnt evn greet. I then requested to purchase electricity of which she asked me the value, I then responded "for a hundred rand". She then went on to process a purchase of R400! Mind you, she didn't confirm the value had she maybe heard incorrectly! When the manager finally managed to come around, a Mr Joubert, He was so rude! He diddnt even address me but instead spoke with the teller, in afrikaans, and I qoute "yes I heard but we can't reverse it so I don't know, they have to take it" n then he left. I am seething with anger because that is no way to treat a client and I demand for this matter to be resolved!
