I bought pre paid electricity from checkers Da Gama drive jeffreysbay and when i want to enter the token numbers the machine show expired. I took it back to the money front desk and she call the admin manger Belinda that took it to the manger that said he will sent it to head office. On the token stand nothing that the pre paid can expired and no expiring date is on the slip. I also took it to Kouga Municipality that said i bought the electricity from checkers and they must sort it out. I only use my house in decembers and therefore I must buy electricity in advance because if i arrive 12 o clock in the night i need electricity. How can electricity expire. What happened to my money and the interest they draw on my money. I also send a letter to checkers head office and i thing a need a refund
