NO ELECTRICITY

We changed to the prepaid electricity system. The City power contractor changed the system but failed to inform us the we can only buy electricity once the system is registered. We found this out when trying to purchase electricity. On contacting the said contractor, we were given another number to contact. We received no joy. We tried the contractor again several times, each time getting their voicemail and every time we left a message but got no response. We did not have electricity from 11am. We again tried 0118703880 again and spoke to Jabu. After explaining the problem to him, he immediately contacted his supervisor while we were on the line and arranged for a contractor to come to our place to provide us with electricity. Our heartfelt thanks goes to Jabu from the despatch centre of City power. You are the best.
