Im working for the bank. i did a home loan application for one of my clients Mr Mokoena. He was decliened by the bank because his markham account was in arrears. Client was not aware of this so I contacted the call centre on his behalf. I spoke to Zikhona who was very friendly and helpful. She tried to find the problem and it took her long but she never gave up on me. At the end she found out that there was a problem with the credit buro because the account was closed on their side so that means client was not on arrears. Client was very happy and I couldnt have done it without the TFG team. You guys are the best! Keep up the good service.
