REQUEST FOR A FULL REFUND

I purchased Ponds lawless Night cream as per recommendation from Ponds after I had some reactions to the day cream.

During the month of April I approached Ponds and explained my problem. Later in the month Ponds sent me a complimentary coupon of R90.00. I wrote back to Ponds that I needed a full refund as Flawless Night cream does not cost R90.00. I have, so far, sent two emails to Ponds about this and to date have had no response to same.

I am currently using Age Miracle Serum and Day Cream which I have no problem with.

Please assist me to get a full refund.
