Expiry labels purposely removed

I purchased a packet of Serrano ham imported fromSpain. The manufacturer (exporter) had an expiry date on the back of the packaging which had been removed. When returning to the Shop I checked all the other ham's (aprox 100 packets) all with the expiry labels conveniently also removed. This is not the the first time and has obviously been done intentionally. This is not only a health risk but totally unacceptable for many obvious reasons, especially from such a large brand store. I think this definitely goes against the consumer protection act! I won't be supporting that store again, in fact any FRUIT &VEG!
