In the beginning of November, I bought a packet of chicken fillets from this shop, and when i opened it, I could smell it was totally off, after looking at the chicken with a closer eye, i could see how there were pieces of chicken cut out, and some places were already starting to turn a greenish colour... How old must chicken be to go green? Funny thing is, the expiry date was two days later, the only explanation is that these people leave old stock on shelves and in fridges, and just replace the labels to show another expiry date. I took the chicken back to the shop, and they wanted to replace it... hahaha, probably with more off chicken... no thanks... Sis man... I have noticed this happening with their cakes, meat, and now their veggies. Bought "RIPE and READY" avos on the weekend, and they were black inside? I might as well go buy all my groceries at Woolies, seriously, i might pay a bit more, but atleast i know, i get quality...
