No loyalty for excellent customers

I have been with edgars for about 18 years plus in total and never have I defaulted or made a late payment, now I receive an incorrect bill firstly which says Im in arrears and I must pay R255 now. When in fact I only owe R372.00 in total. and the correct instalment in the end was R40 which the call centre corrected but didn't go out of there way at all to apologize profusely or to explain why this had happened and got missed calls and smses saying my account is in arrears and my credit burea will be affected it read: a default record will show at the credit bureaux in 20 business days if not paid. So what if I had not responded to this account which was a mistake on there part my credit record which has been 100% my entire life would have been affected. The attitude of Edgars is one of no loyalty or appreciating there customers who are excellent instead we get incorrect rude statements. I would like to know how they are going to make it up to me and not in words otherwise im closing my account and telling everyone I know what There loyalty is like and that is with customers who are good payers, I feel sorry to a person who genuinely has lost there job or has been retrenched.
